Dom is an experienced Personal Trainer and has over 10 years in the fitness industry, with a wide range of knowledge of PT in fitness & health. He currently has just finished a Diploma in Fitness after attaining his level III & IV certificates. During his fitness career Domenic has trained people such as Anthony Ikin from channel 10's hit reality television show SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. The variety of people range from the inexperienced to the experienced, abled and the disabled. Dom's personal training in the fitness and health industry has allowed him to also work with Diabetics. Dom's motivation is to enable his clients to achieve healthy fitness results, "they thought impossible".His determination means that Dom is constantly learning new ways to improve Fitness Techniques.He strives for excellence both in his personal standards and with his clients.These personal attributes enable him to deliver a high level of personal training quality.

I originally started with Dom because of the Interest i have around Mauy Thai Kick Boxing. Dom truly Focused on the technique's before allowing me to jump straight into something I knew nothing about. After two weeks i found i had more confidence with his methods, I have also gained a lot more stamina and better balance due to his teaching. I have now trained in and out of the gym with Dom, Must say his out door session's such as cross fit, boot cmamps, and Mauy Thai Kickboxing programs have proven to me that I have a 5 star gym in front of me. Every Training session is random and exciting which keeps me coming back for more. I have now been training with Domenic for over a year now and there has never been a time that i can remember any session being repetitive. How we deliver
We will work out a realistic plan with you, find out what types of exercise you are interested in and best suit your lifestyle, any injuries you may have and availability. We then set out an exercise and health plan with mini goals and make sure we celebrate achievements.
